Remember I said this week’s challenge was kicking my behind? The reason is I stepped way out of my comfort zone last night in trying to create something edible. Just not my cup of tea, but in the end, it really does resemble a sandwich and I’m rather proud of the image with the exception of the olives. They could be grapes impersonating olives… you think?
