What time you might ask? Time for a tradition my best friend, her daughter and I started about five years ago of seeing the Christmas parade, enjoying the Christmas arts and crafts at the fairgrounds and getting in the spirit of the season by listening to the local Junior College performing carols in the park.

A bonus this year was listening to that dude, Cas Hailey, that finished runner-up on that show America’s Got Talent. I enjoy his sweet nature and his voice, however, the reggae style of his band is not my choice in music. The beat is great, his band phenomenal, but the songs finally begin to sound the same.

All in all, still a treat to be doing something different for the day. Can’t wait ’til next year!
