Here he is in all his itchiness! I hate to report his mange has worsened. It has now spread to his legs and there’s also a place on his back. I dipped him yesterday, the treatment recommended by our vet wasn’t working fast enough for me. I’ve also ordered some ointment and hope to have that in soon. I knew this could be an ordeal as we’ve treated a couple of other dogs that had been dropped with mange. I am happy to report they made a complete recovery, please keep your fingers crossed this little guy does too!

p.s. I have a new Point and Shoot camera. A 2006 release, so the price had dropped and it wasn’t that expensive to begin with. I love my digital SLR (Konica Minolta 5D), but carrying around it and a bag of lenses is sometimes more than what I want to do. This tiny Canon PowerShot A550 will fit in a pocket and more importantly, in my purse. I took the photo of the pitiful pup with it today and have no doubts I will be enjoying using it too. Although it is simple enough for a beginner, it also has some manual controls that I will enjoy using. I know you know from reading this blog that I have the photography bug and I’ve got it bad!
