I didn’t think Stephanie was the best singer, but she should not have left before that hair guy.
Here’s the real deal, Howard “Shock Jock” Stern and this site are keeping Sanjaya in the running and let me tell you, it’s just wrong on so many levels. I like the kid, I really do, but he is not a singer and as Simon loves to say, “It is a singing competition!”
In other Idol news, I’m ready to name my favorite contestant… drumroll please!
It’s Jordin! That girl has some pipes and is a wonderful performer to only be 17. Yes, there are some other great ones still in the race, but she is my favorite of the remaining group.
Melinda and LaKisha are amazing, but they will be fine whether they win or not. Blake is good, but he’s just too dang cocky for my liking. He will have a recording contract whether he wins or not. The rest…. um…. enjoyable, but forgettable!

Hey there cuz!!! This season of AI has just about lost me… at first there really wasn’t but a handful of REALLY great singers & now it is just like going thru the motion just to get to the bottom three… I agree, Jordin, Melinda & LaKisha will come out on top. Why Sanjaya is still there, beats me. Funny thing, I felt like crying Tuesday night when Sanjaya didn’t get voted out. I think someone or something has finally come along to ruin a perfectly good show. I hadn’t heard anything about Howard Sterns or that website but that has got to be it. Oh well, another week, another earache. If any of those 3 girls go before Sanjaya, I will probably quit watching it… boo hoo…

PS… I really really did not care for LaKisha this week tho. To me it was not her best, I think she should have listened to Lulu.
I agree with everything you said about Idol. What bothers me the most is the fact “they” let many talented people go when they narrowed down to the final 24. Agree too about LaKisha, that song was just too boring. Yes, she can sing anything, but Diamonds are Forever is not what Idol is about in my opinion.
I may have to join you and quit watching if hair boy makes it very much farther!
