Our all school reunion was held tonight and we had a great time! It’s always a good thing when you and your husband graduated from the same school. He’s not bored and neither was I!
I will admit I was a little disappointed in the turnout from my age group. I think I’ve explained before we went to a rural school where each senior graduating class may not have had more then a handful of seniors on any given year. Ed’s class had only seven and unfortunately two of those class members are already deceased. I had fifteen and two of mine are also deceased.
Well, as disappointed as I was with my group, I still had a good time taking photos and visiting. There’s always next year to work on getting them to come or in some cases, getting them to come back cause some have shown up some years. I do find the year between the gatherings flies by, maybe that is what some think, “I saw those folks last year, I’ll skip this one and return for the next.”
