The Maxwell A. Jones, Sr. and Era Green Jones families met for our third annual reunion in Paris, Texas on June 25, 2011. A great time was had by all in attendance. We missed those that had to work and those with other plans, hope to see you all at the next gathering!
We enjoyed welcoming a new Maxwell “Max” to the family, celebrated a birthday and enjoyed a little picking and grinning. Our long lost Arkansas cousin, Beulah Mae, aka Nancy Anderson Ferris, stopped by to entertain us with a tall tale and a new song for the milestone birthday honoree.
The food was good and plentiful and the laughter and sharing of memories was priceless! Can’t wait ’til the next one!
