This is the latest adopted cat and is naturally bob-tailed. That lack of tail is of course why Ed stuck her with the name of Bobbie. Trust me, it grows on you!

Patches, who has been featured here and was my late father-in-law's cat, was old and we knew not well, but we were still not ready to lose her. The very morning Ed went out to take care of the kitties at the farm and Patches was no where to be found, Bobbie let her presence be known. She's now been fixed, has a roof over her head, plenty of food to eat and the companionship of the other farm cats. It is a much better situation for her than the one her previous owner had in mind.

All of our cattle spend time in the pools as our summers are sometimes brutal. They don't mind muddying up their watering holes at all.
